These Terms set out the important rules required for the use of Qypher provided by Be-On, between Be-On CO., Ltd., which operates Qypher (hereinafter “Be-On”), and the user. To use Qypher, users must agree to and comply with these terms. Registration is deemed as agreement. Therefore, it is important that users understand the content of these terms. Scope of Availability
Create your own “Qypher card” and you’ll be able to log in easily and securely to websites registered with Qypher.
After logging into Qypher, you can view, edit, and download your personal information.
In addition to use by individual users, Qypher can also be integrated into services operated by web administrators. Through this, authentication results can be securely received via API or Webhook.
For more details, please refer to the "Terms for Linked Service Administrators and Web Operators" at the end of this agreement.
The paid features of Qypher are currently available in the following countries/regions.

This is a secure service that eliminates the need to create or enter an ID and password when logging into websites partnered with Qypher. After logging in to Qypher, you can use the following services.

Regarding the Use of Qypher
To ensure that all users can use Qypher safely and securely, please follow the basic rules below.
- Through Qypher, any illegal activity, fraud, infringement of others’ rights, harassment, disruptive behavior, suggesting or encouraging such acts is prohibited.
- The following actions that compromise the security of the Qypher service are prohibited.
- Accessing or using the service in unauthorized ways
- Accessing or using the service with false information
- Uploading images or messages containing malware
- Spamming, hacking, or circumventing system protections
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their country of residence and any other countries or regions that apply to them. Be-On operates the service with due consideration of the laws and regulations of the countries and regions where Qypher is provided. Note that, due to the nature of applicable laws and regulations, some user-submitted content may not be displayed in certain countries or regions.
Minors
Qypher is available for minors. However, if a user under the age of 13 uses this service, guardian consent is required. Additionally, partner websites may have their own age restrictions or require additional consent.
When using Qypher’s parental verification for the first time, a one-time payment of 100 yen (tax included) is required for identity verification. This fee will be refunded to you after guardian identity verification is completed. It may take a few days to a few weeks for the refund to reach you. Payments are processed through a secure online payment service.
Account Creation
To start using Qypher, users are required to provide the following information. Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information. The handling of this information will be managed in accordance with the “Privacy Policy” separately stipulated by Be-On.
- Email address
- Date of birth
We may refuse re-registration for users whose accounts have previously been suspended.
Number of accounts that can be created
In Qypher, you can create one account per Qypher account.
Provision of Additional User Information
As users continue to use the service, Be-On may request the following information if necessary. Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information. The handling of this information will be managed in accordance with the “Privacy Policy” separately stipulated by Be-On.
- Full name
- Address including postal code
- Address in English format
- Phone number
- Another email address
Information that Users Can Register
Users can register and manage the following information on Qypher. The handling of this information will be managed in accordance with the “Privacy Policy” separately stipulated by Be-On.
- Nickname other than the real name that the user wishes to use
- Information required to receive payments from Be-On, such as a bank account or a transfer app user ID
Management of Registered Information by the User
Users can download their registered information for backup or use with other services. Unnecessary information can also be deleted. After logging into Qypher, please proceed from Dashboard.
Account Cancellation
Users may stop using and cancel Qypher at any time, except during periods when they are bound by a contract with another party (e.g., a purchase/sale transaction, exhibition agreement, or performance agreement).
Before canceling, please provide the reason for cancellation to help improve Qypher in the future. This will help us provide a better service.
User Account Suspension
Accounts of users who fall under the following conditions may be suspended by Be-On.
- Users whose account information contains false information
- Users who are deemed to have violated these terms
- Users whose accounts must be suspended by Be-On in accordance with legal requirements or court orders
Be-On will send a warning via email to the relevant user, and if no improvement is seen within 14 days, the account will be suspended. However, in urgent cases, Be-On may freeze the account immediately after sending an email warning. If users object to these actions, they may file an appeal with Be-On within one month after the suspension using the designated form.
User Rights
Users retain the rights afforded under the Consumer Contract Act and other applicable laws, and these Terms do not limit those statutory rights.Regarding Intellectual Property Rights
Be-On respects users' creativity and intellectual property. At the same time, content and services provided by Qypher are also protected by rights. This section explains how users may use content within Qypher and what to be cautious of.
Content submitted by users
- User rights:
Users retain all rights to the images and text they post on Qypher. User creations should be shared under their names and treated with respect. - Permission:
By posting images or text to Qypher, the user grants Be-On permission to display the user’s images and text on the platform, and to use, adapt, and publicly transmit them for Qypher’s promotion and marketing purposes. This permission is limited to (a) publishing the user’s images or text via Qypher, and (b) capturing the published state as images or video and using it for Qypher’s promotion and marketing. - Users agree that neither they nor any third party will assert moral rights in relation to images or text they post, with respect to Be-On’s use as set forth above.
- Sharing by Others:
Images and text posted by a user on Qypher may be shared by other users for non-commercial introduction, recommendation, or invitation purposes, provided that such sharing includes a link to the corresponding page on Qypher, including via external services such as social media. However, reproducing such content and presenting it as one's own work, using such content to obtain monetary profit for oneself (including selling unauthorized reproductions or repurposing it into advertisements for other products or services), or using it in a manner that, against the poster's wishes, damages their honor or credibility, is prohibited. For the avoidance of doubt, this does not include calling on third parties to purchase or attend the posted work or event.
Content provided by Qypher
- Be-On's rights:
Images, text, designs, logos, and other content provided on Qypher are owned by Be-On or its licensors. These contents may not be reproduced, distributed, or published without permission from Be-On. - Usage restrictions:
Users may enjoy Be-On's content within Qypher, including for personal and educational purposes. Commercial use outside Qypher or redistribution, including integration into other services, is not allowed without explicit permission from Be-On. For the avoidance of doubt, using Qypher's sharing feature, or posting or sharing to social media or other services in a form that includes the appearance of the page, for the purpose of introducing one's own page or content posted by another user, does not constitute redistribution under the preceding paragraph.
Why distinction matters
By clearly distinguishing this, user content is properly respected, and Be-On's content is also protected, helping maintain Qypher as a respectful and safe space for all.
Important notes
- Copyright infringement:
Using or copying someone else’s images or text without permission is considered copyright infringement. Always maintain originality and respect others’ copyrights. By posting, the user understands that they assume responsibility for the images or text, and if any third party brings a claim (e.g., for rights infringement), the user will resolve it at their own responsibility and Be-On shall bear no liability. - Reporting and response:
If you feel your images or text are being misused on Qypher, please contact Be-On through the inquiry form. We will respond promptly and take appropriate measures.
Available Currencies and Payments
Available currencies: Japanese Yen
If your card is issued in a foreign currency, the actual billing amount will be converted based on your card issuer’s exchange rate.
Multilingual Support
Qypher is available in multiple languages including Japanese and English. In case of any discrepancy in interpretation, the Japanese version shall take precedence.
Information provided by users may be displayed only in the language in which it was provided.
Special Provisions for Specific Regions
Considering the laws, tax systems, and regulations of specific countries or regions, Be-On may set region-specific terms of use for Qypher. Users in the relevant regions are required to comply with these special provisions.
Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in any of the following when using Qypher.
- Acts that infringe (or may infringe) the intellectual property rights (copyrights, patents, utility models, design rights, trademarks, etc.), privacy, or other rights or interests of Be-On or any third party.
- Acts that are contrary to public order or morality, or providing such information to third parties, or acts likely to do so.
- Criminal acts, acts that lead to criminal conduct, acts in violation of laws or regulations, or acts likely to do so.
- Providing information that is false or likely to be false
- Acts that defame or damage the honor or credit of Be-On or any third party, or are likely to do so
- Placing an excessive load on Qypher’s infrastructure; rendering Be-On’s provision of Qypher impossible; otherwise interfering with or obstructing Be-On’s provision or operation of Qypher; or acts likely to do so
- Using or distributing computer viruses or other harmful programs through or in connection with Qypher, or acts likely to do so
- Unauthorized use of Qypher account information, etc.
- Any other conduct that Be-On reasonably deems inappropriate.
Service Interruptions due to Inspection and Maintenance
Be-On may suspend the Qypher service for inspection and maintenance to ensure better and safer use by users. If a suspension is necessary, except in emergencies, we will, where possible, announce in advance on Qypher News the date and time of the suspension and the scope of impact. Be-On is not liable for any damages incurred by users due to service interruptions.
Force Majeure
In the event that the provision of Qypher is temporarily interrupted or suspended due to natural disasters, war, riots, government orders, major infrastructure failures, or other causes beyond Be-On's reasonable control (force majeure), Be-On shall not be held liable.
Disclaimer
- Be-On does not guarantee that Qypher will meet user requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free of errors.
- Be-On does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information obtained through Qypher.
- Except where otherwise required by law, Be-On shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the user’s use of Qypher.
Dispute Resolution and Mutual Commitment
Be-On does its best to ensure all users can use Qypher with peace of mind. However, disagreements may sometimes arise. If that happens, let’s first try to resolve it through mutual discussion. If an issue arises, please contact Be-On directly through the inquiry form, and we will work together to find a solution.
If the issue cannot be resolved through discussion
- Any issues will be addressed in accordance with Japanese law.
- Translations of these Terms of Use are provided for convenience only; the Japanese version shall prevail and have legal force.
- In the event of a dispute, the court in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, Japan, where Be-On's head office is located, shall be used.
Be-On's commitment
Be-On promises to resolve issues fairly and transparently when users use Qypher.
Be-On respects user rights and handles any disputes with fairness.
Changes and Notifications
Be-On may modify these terms of use at any time as necessary.
- In the event of changes, Be-On will make every effort to post the details in advance on Qypher News and notify users .
- The revision history will be clearly stated at the end of these terms.
- The effective date of the revised terms will be clearly indicated at the end of this agreement.
- If there are significant changes, Be-On will notify users by email.

These special terms apply to web administrators ("Administrators") who integrate Qypher into their own web services using the API or webhook provided by Be-On.
Basic Information
By integrating Qypher into their web services, administrators can receive login authentication results via API or webhook. To use these functions, an API key or configuration must be obtained based on prior agreement with Be-On.
Administrator Responsibilities
The use of the API and webhook is limited to legitimate and explicitly stated purposes. If user data obtained through them is to be shared with third parties, it must be based on clear user notice or consent, or required by law.
- Administrators are responsible for managing the API key issued under agreement with Be-On and for preventing sharing or unauthorized use by third parties.
- Administrators must handle any user data obtained via Qypher in accordance with Be-On’s privacy policy and applicable laws.
- Administrators agree to build and operate the integration with Qypher at their own risk, and acknowledge that Be-On assumes no responsibility for any troubles or damages resulting from such integration.
- If protection is required for users under the age of 13 or under the administrator’s specified age in the linked service, the administrator is responsible for enabling guardian authentication by configuring age requiring parental approval within QypherIntegration details.
- If an age restriction is required in the linked service, the administrator is responsible for enabling it by configuring viewable age within QypherIntegration details.
Prohibited Conduct
Except when integrating into websites registered by the administrator in Qypher using the Qypher API, redistribution of Qypher content or features, integration into other services, or use for commercial purposes is prohibited unless prior and explicit permission is granted by Be-On.
The following actions are prohibited:
- Providing or registering false information
- Impersonating another person
- Resale, use beyond the intended purpose, or misuse of information
- Causing excessive load on the system or unauthorized access
- Replicating, modifying, or reverse engineering the service
If any of these prohibited actions are violated, Be-On may suspend or delete the account and consider legal action.
Liability for Damages
If Be-On or a third party suffers damage due to the actions of the administrator, the administrator shall bear such damage.
Service Interruptions due to Inspection and Maintenance
Be-On may change or suspend the specifications of Qypher's API or webhook for technical or operational reasons.
If a suspension is necessary, except in emergencies, we will, where possible, announce in advance on Qypher News the date and time of the suspension and the scope of impact.
Be-On shall not be liable for any damages incurred by administrators due to such suspension.
Qypher Balance
Qypher Balance may be used only to pay subscription fees for Qypher and cannot be used for other services or products provided by Art-Box, YoyaCore, MuFa or other Be-On services, nor for third-party services.
Qypher Balance is managed in the same currency unit as the Qypher usage fee in which the relevant amount was generated.Conversion, aggregation, or cross-use between different currencies is not possible.
Qypher Balance is not eligible for refunds.If the user cancels their Qypher membership, any unused balance will expire.Even if the subscription is canceled, Qypher Balance will be retained as long as the user remains an Qypher member.
Changing your subscription plan
- If you switch from monthly to annual billing within the same plan, or upgrade to a higher plan
- The changed plan will be applied from the time payment for the change is completed.
- If the plan before the change was a paid plan, the difference between (i) the fee corresponding to the unused period of the pre-change plan and (ii) the fee for the post-change plan will be adjusted on a prorated basis.
- As a result of the above adjustment, if the fee for the unused portion of the pre-change plan exceeds the fee for the post-change plan and a surplus arises, such surplus will be managed by us as Qypher balance and will be automatically applied to future payments related to Qypher.
- If you switch from annual to monthly billing within the same plan, or downgrade to a lower plan
- The changed plan will be applied on and after the renewal date when your current subscription period ends.
