Identifiers and Cookies
Within Qypher, cookies are not used; instead, UUIDs (universally unique identifiers) are used to identify users’ devices and browsers. This UUID is used for service delivery and improvement, security maintenance, and enhanced usability.
UUIDs are inherently anonymous identifiers and do not directly identify specific individuals. However, when a user logs into Qypher, the UUID becomes linked to their registered personal information and is treated as part of their personal data.
Be-On stores all personally identifiable data in an encrypted state, and this information is retrieved from a secure area that cannot be directly accessed from outside. Decryption occurs only through authorized processes, so even if a UUID is externally referenced, personal data cannot be accessed.
Be-On also manages UUIDs and related data via encrypted communication channels and appropriate access control to prevent unauthorized access or data leaks.
Information We Collect
Be-On records information derived from IP addresses (such as country or region), pages viewed by the user, and usage history after login. Be-On may also collect the following personal information for the purposes of providing, improving, and enhancing the user experience of Qypher.
- Contact information such as name, email address, phone number, and postal address
- Usage information such as activity history and pages accessed
- Device information such as IP address and device type
- Other information voluntarily provided by the user
- Accounting information obtained from the website used for accounting
- For users under the age of 13, or under the age specified by each website requiring login, the guardian’s name, email address, and a record of a small verification transaction for identity confirmation are required.

Data Retention Period
Be-On retains collected personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill its intended purposes, after which it is safely deleted or anonymized. The retention period may vary depending on the nature of the service and legal obligations.
- Collected personal information will be securely deleted or anonymized within 30 days after the purpose of collection has been fulfilled, unless otherwise required by law.
