How to use Qypher card
Depending on your device, you may need to tap instead of clicking.
Let’s get Qypher card
- Please click
in Member registration or Sign in. - Please enter Email address.
* Using a shared email address is a security risk. Please enter your personal email address. - Please read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and if you agree, check “I agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.”.
If the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are difficult to read, click “Open in a separate tab (or window)” to view them in a larger display. - Please click “Sent verification code”. We will send an email titled "[Qypher] Verification code" from "Qypher@be-on.biz" to your email address. If you use a PC mail filter or domain restriction, please allow emails from "@be-on.biz".
If you do not receive the email after waiting more than 5 minutes, please check if it has been filtered into a folder other than your inbox (such as spam). Also, if you are using a domain filter, please allow emails from "be-on.biz". - Please enter the Verification code included in the email we sent and click “Verification”.
Please verify within 10 minutes. This verification code will become invalid after 10 minutes or if it is entered incorrectly five times. Click “Reissue” and enter the latest verification code. - When you enter your date of birth, your age will be displayed. If it is correct, please click “Register”.
* If you change date of birth after registration, we may ask you to submit an image of an official ID document that shows date of birth. - Please click “Download Qypher card”.
A Qypher card named “Qypher card_(a few alphabet letters).jpg” will be downloaded to your downloads folder. Please save it wherever you like.
* Please store Qypher card with the same security as your house key.
* Avoid sharing with family members and register individually.
* If you print out Qypher card, it becomes easier for others to use it and is dangerous. Please do not do this.
Let’s sign in with Qypher card
There are two ways to sign in

Upload Qypher card directly
Select the saved Qypher card and Open, or Send.
Show Qypher card to the camera
Hold the Qypher card displayed on another device in front of the camera.
* When logging in from a new location or a new device, you may be asked to enter a verification code.
When signing in to a website for the first time with Qypher card
When signing in to a website for the first time, if the site requests personal information such as your name or email address, you can choose which information to allow for sending.
If the website you are trying to sign in to is not operated by Be-On, Be-On is not responsible for the privacy policy of that website.
Please read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and if you agree, check “I agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.”.
Check the items you want to allow and click “Sign in”.
The types of items you allow can be changed by logging in to Qypher and modifying them in Used websites of Registration information.
Reissue Qypher card easily
- Please click in Member registration or Sign in.
- Please enter the Email address registered with Qypher..
- Please read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and if you agree, check “I agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.”.

* The previous Qypher card will no longer be usable.
* If the Email address you entered is not registered, a date of birth entry field will be displayed. If you wish to reissue, please start again from entering the Email address.
When you cannot sign in
If “Checking the installation location” continues to be displayed, it is due to a configuration error on the website. Please wait until it is corrected.
When “Under adjustment” is displayed, the website is performing configuration checks. Please wait a moment.
If “Login failed. Please try again.” is displayed, please check whether you are using the latest Qypher card.
* After reissuing, the previous Qypher card can no longer be used.
* If you cannot find the latest Qypher card, please feel free to reissue Qypher card.
When you log in with a different pattern than usual
If you perform Qypher Login using an IP address, OS, device, or web browser you have not used before (or registered), we will send a verification code to your registered email address. Please verify within 10 minutes.
Even if a malicious third party tries to log in from somewhere using a copy of your Qypher card, your approval will always be required.
If you receive a verification code you do not recognize, you can easily invalidate the Qypher card you were using by reissuing Qypher card.
If you used it on a suspicious website
If you use Qypher card on a malicious website, the contents of the QR code may be copied.
Please reissue Qypher card before it is misused.
If you find login information you don’t recognize
Please reissue Qypher card immediately.
If you provide details through the inquiry form, we can investigate as far as possible.
On websites with age restrictions, users who have not reached the required age cannot log in using Qypher card.
On websites with “age requiring parental approval”, when a user under the required age tries to log in for the first time, guardian consent will be requested. Guardians should sign in to Qypher and decide whether to allow their child’s use within “Used websites” inside “Registration information”.
How to use Age guard
To comply with global standards for protecting children from harmful online content, Qypher requires a guardian over the age of 18 to register an account for anyone under 13.
Users under 13 cannot use Qypher without registering a guardian.
Guardians can edit and approve the transmission of personal information for children under 13, manage websites they can log in to, view usage history, and delete accounts.
To register a guardian
- When a user under 13 without a registered guardian tries to log in, a field to enter the guardian’s email address will be displayed. Please fill it in and submit.
- An email from Qypher with instructions will be sent to the guardian.
- Please click in Member registration or Sign in.
- Please enter the email address where you received information from Qypher.
* With a different email address, the guardian and child cannot be linked. - Please read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and if you agree, check “I agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.”.

* If you change date of birth after registration, we may ask you to submit an image of an official ID document that shows date of birth. - Guardians should sign in to Qypher and decide whether to allow their child’s use within “Used websites” inside “Registration information”. When using Qypher’s parental verification for the first time, a one-time payment of 100 yen (tax included) is required for identity verification. By clicking on a website name other than Qypher, you can change the types of personal information to be sent, revoke permission, or delete the registration.
